Who I Work With

Are you feeling nervous, insecure and experiencing difficulty in your relationships?  Those who are overwhelmed with guilt and shame will feel comfortable opening up to me.  I specialize in supporting adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and grief.  Our work together may include processing feelings of disappointment to improve communication and strengthen relationships.  Those individuals I work with will begin to explore how to better care for themselves and meet their own needs.

My hope is that you feel connected and understood in our therapy journey.  Individuals will learn to be more accepting of themselves and others while understanding how to comfort and calm themselves.  I also desire to support clients to be able to communicate with more kindness and patience.
