  • Practical tools you can use between sessions

  • Honest conversations about what’s working and what isn’t

If anxiety is running the show

  • Anxiety and burnout continue to drain your energy and joy

  • Perfectionism keeps you from experiencing real connection

  • You keep putting everyone else first while neglecting yourself

  • The patterns that are exhausting you today become harder to break tomorrow

  • You miss out on the peace and fulfillment you deserve

Imagine life no longer running on empty

  • You wake up feeling calm instead of anxious about your to-do list

  • You set boundaries without guilt or fear of disappointing others

  • You stop overthinking every decision and trust yourself

  • You feel confident in your relationships and express your needs clearly

  • You're successful AND at peace—not one or the other

Your Questions, Answered

  • $190–$215 per week includes:

    • 60 minute session

    • 50 minutes of support between sessions

    • 40 minutes of training and consultation specific to you

This approach focuses on real change between sessions, not just talking about things once a week.

  • I am an out of network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I will provide a superbill for potential reimbursement and support you through the process as needed.

I understand that insurance can feel confusing and difficult to navigate. As part of my work with you, I will help you understand your out of network benefits and how to make the most of them for reimbursement. This includes guidance on what to ask your insurance company and how to submit claims.

My goal is to make this process as clear and manageable as possible so you can stay focused on your progress, not paperwork. This support is built into the way I work with clients, so you’re not figuring it out on your own.

  • Yes. I have an office in LA where I can see clients in person. The office is located at

  • Yes. Telehealth is highly effective, and many clients find it just as supportive as in person therapy. The convenience of being able to meet from wherever you are often leads to greater consistency and follow through, which are key to real change. Many clients choose a hybrid approach, combining in person and virtual sessions to create a rhythm that works best for them.

  • Sometimes not knowing what to talk about is the best place to start. You’ll be supported every step of the way as we find a clear focus and begin working toward what will help you feel better. Together, we’ll make the most of each session.

  • Sessions are a full 60 minutes, which is longer than what most providers offer. That extra time matters. It allows us to move beyond just talking and into meaningful, focused work that leads to real change.

In addition to our session, your weekly rate includes 50 minutes of support between sessions, along with 40 minutes of targeted training and consultation specific to you.

This means you are supported throughout the week, not just for one hour, and that each session is informed by thoughtful, individualized preparation.
