Therapy for Women Who Carry a Lot—Quietly
For women in California + Oregon navigating perfectionism, anxiety, and burnout
Trained and Vetted
I work with women who…
Appear calm and capable but are on edge
Overthink decisions, replay conversations, and worry
Hold themselves to high standards
Take care of others while carrying their own anxiety
Struggle to turn their minds off
Want meaningful, lasting change — not just coping tools
My approach blends warmth with evidence-based care to help you feel more grounded.
Clear structure rooted in neuroscience-backed TEAM-CBT
Practical tools to use between session
Shared tracking of progress so change feels real, not vague
You can be doing well in your career and relationships and still feel overwhelmed.
Anxiety often hides behind how much you take on and hold together.
Our work together will focus on understanding the patterns driving your stress so your day to day feels balanced, not exhausting.

I am an out of network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I will provide a superbill for potential reimbursement and support you through the process as needed.
I understand that insurance can feel confusing and difficult to navigate. As part of my work with you, I will help you understand your out of network benefits and how to make the most of them for reimbursement. This includes guidance on what to ask your insurance company and how to submit claims.
My goal is to make this process as clear and manageable as possible so you can stay focused on your progress, not paperwork. This support is built into the way I work with clients, so you’re not figuring it out on your own.

Yes. Telehealth is highly effective, and many clients find it just as supportive as in person therapy. The convenience of being able to meet from wherever you are often leads to greater consistency and follow through, which are key to real change. Many clients choose a hybrid approach, combining in person and virtual sessions to create a rhythm that works best for them.

Sometimes not knowing what to talk about is the best place to start. You’ll be supported every step of the way as we find a clear focus and begin working toward what will help you feel better. Together, we’ll make the most of each session.

Sessions are a full 60 minutes, which is longer than what most providers offer. That extra time matters. It allows us to move beyond just talking and into meaningful, focused work that leads to real change.
In addition to our session, your weekly rate includes 50 minutes of support between sessions, along with 40 minutes of targeted training and consultation specific to you.
This means you are supported throughout the week, not just for one hour, and that each session is informed by thoughtful, individualized preparation.
