Private Pay Rates;

• Individual Sessions: $190 per session.

Sliding Scale for those attending on a regular basis

• Individual Sessions: $165 per session

Accepted Payment Methods: Venmo, Zelle.

If you have Aetna, Carelon, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Quest Behavioral Health or United Healthcare (Optum) Insurance plans and wish to access therapy through one of those, please visit: morefitmentalhealth.com

Cancellations

To ensure that your therapy time is valued, a minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for cancellations. 

If your appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours or you do not attend your scheduled session (no-show), you will be charged in full.

Fees may be avoided by rescheduling within 3 business days, which will be based on availability.

Availability & Emergencies

I check voicemail during business hours and respond as promptly as possible. Messages left outside those hours will be returned the next business day.

If you’re in crisis or experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. I do not offer emergency or after-hours services.
